You can book directly through the Book an Appointment page on our website, or reach us on WhatsApp / phone during opening hours. We recommend booking 3-5 days in advance for weekday slots and at least a week ahead for weekends and bridal services.

We're open Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including public holidays (with adjusted hours on major holidays — please check our Instagram or call ahead).

For most single services, no deposit is needed. For bridal packages, multi-service days, or bookings during peak periods (Eid, wedding season), we ask for a small deposit to confirm your slot, which is deducted from your final bill.

We understand plans change — we just ask for at least 12 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows on deposited bookings may forfeit the deposit.

We do accept walk-ins when our schedule allows, but since our senior artists' diaries fill up quickly, we always recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time and artist.
